I have the experience to guide you. As a retired founder and CEO, I’ve taken everything from 40+ years as a business leader and spent thousands of hours coaching leaders just like you. Now I’m a CEO Coach and Vistage Peer Group Chair, where I get extensive training and support from Vistage—the world’s leading CEO and leadership development organization.

I lead two Vistage Peer Advisory Groups in central North Carolina of growth-minded executives and consult with leadership teams to strengthen teamwork and organizational health. We use a proven process to help you become a more effective leader, make better decisions, and build a stronger team for superior results.
