The journey to organizational health starts with my 2-day Leadership Team Offsite, available virtually and in-person. This session jump-starts the transformation process by evaluating the team’s unity, strategic plan and alignment, while also addressing immediate action steps. I can adapt and customize for 1-day formats—including board retreats and strategic planning. I incorporate practical exercises based on Jim Collins’ Good to Great work and Patrick Lencioni’s acclaimed books, including The Advantage and The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.
